rooted in hawai’i
Kalei Wodehouse is a fifth generation Hawaii native born and raised on Oahu’s gorgeous Windward side. With a passion for real estate that runs in the ‘ohana, Kalei’s father, James Hay Wodehouse, was a notable Hawaiian real estate developer and realtor. Kalei's mother, Sally Farrington, worked on the back-end as the transaction manager for all real estate deals. Kalei was raised in the Islands’ real estate world.
It’s Kalei’s Native Hawaiian heritage and her deep love and understanding of the Hawaiian Islands that truly creates uncommon, family-style advantages for her clients in their pursuit of buying and selling real estate here in Hawaii. Having built her business based on dedication, communication, determination and trust, her positioning at Coldwell Banker Realty was a natural fit.
A real estate investor herself, with multiple properties, Kalei has a profound understanding of how lucrative an investment choice owning a home can be. Of course, nowhere is this sentiment truer than in Hawaii. What sets Kalei apart from others in the field, though, is her local knowledge and extensive list of contacts to secure properties for clients that often aren’t even on the market yet; which often occurs in Hawaii.
When Kalei isn’t with her clients, she can be found at the beach with her daughter, surfing, hiking, teaching pilates, and enjoying the island’s natural beauty in any active way.
